1. Validates Laravel version compatibility (PHP 8.1+ / 8.2+)
2. Creates a new Site record
3. Executes provisioning shell scripts
4. Clones Laravel boilerplate or Git repository
5. Runs composer install
6. Generates .env with database & WordPress integration config
7. Generates APP_KEY
8. Applies Apache configuration
9. Reloads the server
10. Stores full terminal output for review
